The products being Customised in nature, Prestostamps.com will not encourage any Refund on its Sold Products.However,Prestostamps. com being a Customer oriented company will entertain Replacement of its products Free of all costs should you satisfy the following requirements:
Item you are returning has any kind of manufacturing defect rendering it useless for the user or it is not manufactured in accordance with the proof approved by you.
All items must be in "as-new" resalable condition, in original packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
If you need to return an item and satisfy the above requirements, you should notify prestowonders.com via email at orders@prestowonders.com with your order number, item number, quantity, description and a detailed reason for return.
After receiving your request for return, if it is approved, you will be provided a return authorization number.
Please allow up to 7 days for the Replacement to be issued. prestowonders.com will notify you upon successful completion of Replacement.
