How can I Customise a Product that I choose to buy ? |

Every Product has Customisation Options :
First, Select Template of your choice from our vast Library.
Second, Type the Text you would like to go with your product in the Type Your Message. You may choose to not give any message.
Next, Upload the Picture you want on the Product in the Upload your Image.
Your Picture File may be in JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG or TIFF Formats. |

As regards the Templates , I guess the Text on them can be changed as per my choice, isn’t it ? |
| Ans. |
Yes of course, the text on the Templates is just for reference. You are at liberty to type the Salutation, Body Copy, Date and From… the way you want. Its your space after all. |

I am not sure if I should choose to receive the Design for Approval, what should I do ? |
| Ans. |
We will make your product identical to your chosen Template with your Message and Text.
Usually this should give you a clear idea as to how your product will look. Orders that come
without the Request for Approval will get delivered faster. However if you want to be
Absolutely sure, please choose to receive the Design for Approval. |

In how much time should I expect the product to be delivered to me ? |
| Ans. |
We will strive to dispatch the customized product the next day we receive the approval of the design. Orders that come without the request for Approval will be dispatched the next day of receiving the order itself save and except Public holidays etc.. The mode of dispatch will be best available couriers like DTDC, Overnite Express, First Flight etc and deliveries should take 24 to 48 hours depending on the station. |

Are the mentioned Prices inclusive of Courier and Taxes ? |

Yes, the Prices Include Taxes and Delivery anywhere in India. |

What if I receive a Defective Product and want a replacement ? |

We value the long term aspect of our relationship with you and have in place a strong Replacement Policy. Products will be replaced free for any manufacturing defects etc. You just have to return the defective product to us with comments on the nature of defect. Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more details. |
